Competition Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
The terms and conditions set out below apply to all participants submitting entries for the "2011 Lunch Bar R250 000 on pack promotion" ("the Promotion") conducted by Kraft Foods SA (Pty) Limited, 18 Harrowdene Office Park, Kelvin Drive Woodmead, Sandton, 2191, Tel: 011 253 4000 ("the Promoter").
Submission of the entry code by participants for entry to the competition will serve as acceptance by the participant of all the related terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions set out below apply to all participants submitting entries for the "2011 Lunch Bar R250 000 on pack promotion" ("the Promotion") conducted by Kraft Foods SA (Pty) Limited, 18 Harrowdene Office Park, Kelvin Drive Woodmead, Sandton, 2191, Tel: 011 253 4000 ("the Promoter").
Submission of the entry code by participants for entry to the competition will serve as acceptance by the participant of all the related terms and conditions.
- All South Africans except employees of the Promoter, any of its Associated Companies, their merchandisers, advertising, promotional and PR agencies and all their immediate families are allowed to enter this promotion. Competition is only open to RSA residents.
- No persons under the age of 16 will be considered eligible for this Promotion. Parent/guardian permission will be necessary for all persons aged between 16 - 21.
- Entry to the competition is through the purchase of a single, specially marked promotional 46g Cadbury Lunch Bar, and by SMSing the last 6 digits of the barcode to 32975 (SMS charged at R1.20 incl. VAT. Free minutes do not apply). Please note that no other Cadbury products are eligible for this Promotion.
- Multiple entries will be permitted, however there will be a limit of 3 entries per day per cell phone number, subject to each entry being submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements which is the purchasing of a promotional Cadbury product and entering by sending an SMS for that individual Cadbury product.
- The Promoter will not be responsible for any non-delivery of entries.
- The competition runs from 1st October 2011 to 15th December 2011. No entries received after midnight on the 15th December 2011 will be accepted.
- The Grand Prize is a R100 000 Cash Prize for one (1) entrant.
- The Grand Prize winner will be chosen via a draw from the correct entries received over the entire campaign and contacted via telephone (using the SMS number with which the person entered).
- The Promoter shall not be liable if they are unable to contact the winning cell phone number within 48 hours of being drawn for any reason whatsoever. In this instance, the Promoter may draw a new cell phone number from the eligible entries.
- The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- In addition to the Grand Prize, there will be a chance to win weekly Cash Prizes. Ten (10) weekly Cash prizes of R15 000 are up for grabs, one (1) per week. All the weekly cash prizes have a combined value of R150 000.
- The Weekly Prize winners will be chosen from the correct entries received via a random weekly draw and contacted via telephone (using the SMS number with which the person entered) over the duration of the Promotion.
- The Promoter shall not be liable if they are unable to contact the winning cellphone number within 48 hours of being drawn for any reason whatsoever. In this instance, the Promoter may draw a new cellphone number from the eligible entries.
- The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Weekly cash prize winners will not be eligible for the grand prize draw.
- No substitution of any prize is allowed. Winning SMS numbers will be notified by telephone. Notification of the winners status must be kept confidential by the winners until the Finalists are publicly revealed by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out reasonable due diligence to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the Promotion will not bring the Promoter or any of The Promoter brands into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Promotion as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion.
- At the Promoter's request, winners must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in promotional material or in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
- The Promoter may collect, store and use (not share) personal information of entrants for communication or statistical purposes.
- Kraft Foods SA (Pty) Limited, will at its own discretion, be able to amend the rules to the competition at any time during the duration of the competition
- Winner's details will be posted onto the Promoter website (www.cadbury.co.za)
